I am seriously addicted to Russian cuisine. When I get home, I keep cooking it until my cravings fade a bit and Ken’s patience has run out. But certain friends are happy to share a bowl of borsch or the newest Russian salad with me–and so, if you haven’t tried any of the recipes yet, why not today?
