Enjoy these photos from my time at the rehab center in the country

- These used to be birch trees…now they are mushroomy clothesline posts.
The new milking machine. The center sells most of the milk to the local dairy. The only baby of the herd, but two more are soon to arrive. Mooooo…. This mama pig has her “hands” full. I think there are 12 hungry piglets in all. Wholesome, fresh, and tasty meals made our stay especially enjoyable. Misha and this guy seem to know each other well. 🙂 Walkin’ down a country road … in Russia. Though a fairy-tale glade to the lake. Baiting the hook for carp (very little ones…) Some not-so-serious fishing — but fun.
Idyllic, yes.
Rehab has its benefits.
Looks like a perfect getaway place…so docile, it seems time is not a dimension in it:) I wish I could take a walk in that alley and go watch those piglets and the cows:) I can imagine what a change your visit was in their daily routine…God’s words are better heard when one is not on the run:)
You are right! The Bible studies here usually are well received and responded to. People appreciate the opportunity to study God’s Word and to apply it–as they are open and ready.
LOVE the mushroomy clothesline! So whimsical. And the baby pigs!!!!!!!
I know! Actually, whimsical describes the center in so many ways.
That baby cow looks cute! Missing you this morning Jeanette. I’ll be praying for you and ken today, Timbo
Thanks, Timbo. We both need prayer – him especially as he is caring for his mom and dad while I am on the other side of the earth. Not easy for him.
Good to know. Will continue to pray for Ken in that regard when prompted
I wonder how well they can understand or relate to all the times Jesus talks about farming
They relate very well, I believe.
