All feedback today has been positive! One editor is interested in the magazine article I submitted, another in two of my devotionals. A third would like to hire me for some freelance editing…and I got a thumbs up from my friend and mentor, Kay Marshall Strom, on my book idea. Tomorrow I’ll be meeting with Bill Myers about my children’s novel. He can’t buy it, of course, but he sure can help steer me (us) toward someone who can. I also found out that Dayspring Cards pays $60 per card for…what…30 words? (The right words, of course.) So…this day is a huge YAHOO!
Tomorrow is Palm Sunday. The church service is always really special and an opportunity to recenter myself for the rest of the conference.
I so appreciate all the encouraging comments I’ve received via email and Facebook. You all are so important to me and to what I’m doing here.
