An appreciative gathering of my friends of many years just came to a close. The Bible study, “Making the Lord’s Prayer Your Own” seemed to touch hearts and reveal some never-before-considered truths. One in particular being that the phrase “forgive us our debts” extended beyond the material, or to sin in general, but also to that which we withhold from someone else, i.e honor to our parents, discipline for our children, love to our neighbor, praise to God.
All gatherings of friends in Russia include a heavily laden table. So, now is the time appropriate for envy. Take a look at our group and our food! YUM!
Okay – here’s a close up of just one…

Um…YUM! You definitely know how to tug on our heart strings — with photos of food and chats about your Bible study! I’m so glad you get to be there. And I think you should do your Bible study for us at our next writing retreat :-). Hugs and love…
