Look so docile, trimmed; I guess they do not waste their time there!;D I love the bell:)
So, how did God fill the weekend????? No new stories from you (so I picture some wild parties with a powerful booze support….hahaha….that way, it would keep me silent for a while:D:D)
I find the convent austere, a little spooky adn placid all at once. The walk down through the trees is, for me, reminiscent of St. Mary’s in Santa Barbara. Glad I share that memory with you. This location looks very serene and quiet. Loved Galina’s comment!! XO
Jeanette, I am really enjoying these pictures, it’s fun to see the places and people you talk about. May God continue to bless your ministry there, as you bless us here!

P.S. Rob is thinking of doing a site like this for his world travels….
Great idea. It’s not hard at all. Blog sites are free and the learning curve isn’t too long or high! I’m so glad this blog has been a blessing to you and Rob. Your faithful care and support mean a lot to me and to my CrossRoads family here.
Liz, I always read you, too:) I still have the little cross you gave to me through Jeanette in 2003, and a little poem. I have the fondest memory of us eating your pancakes in your kitchen in 2004:)

I wouldn’t mind pitching a tent among the trees and living there. It’s so beautiful. Shame on me for thinking Russia was snow and big fur hats.
I know you’re having a grand time, but I still miss you.
Love,
Denise
